*Parties of 6 or more requested. Course offerings on Friday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays. One week of advance notice for course requests required. 2 total hours of setup/instructional time requested.
Each participant will receive the following in a pre-set table format:
1. Kraft box feeding up to 3
2. Variety of cheeses (1-2)
3. Variety of charcuterie (1-2)
4. Accompaniments, to include but not limited to: honey, fresh & dried fruits, seasonal sweets, nuts, marinated olives, cornichons, & baguette slices or crackers
5. Tools to craft the box
*Items presented for course are based on season & availability.
*Each participant will take the box home after the course.
